Hi Pamela,

This is really timely advice for me -- I'm currently writing my first article on spec and have been wondering if I could make a go of full-time freelancing.

I have posted about this video to my blog:

Hey there Becks,

I am glad to see you found the post interesting. Thanks, too, for putting it up on your site.

If you have plenty of writing passion and you know the basics of getting started as a freelancer, I believe there is no stopping you.

Sure, you might want to wait until you have a few commissions under your belt before you give away full-time employment, but if you are eager enough then I say go for it.

Have a look at the other posts under freelance writing and if there is an element of the job that you want to more about, let me know and I will tailor-make a post.

cheers,
Pam

Thanks for showing this useful video. I have heard that willing to do work with freelancing for a long time can lead your career to new heights. Only you have to do is to provide them quality work. Its true.
